I always say on this site, our Twitter, and Facebook if you ever need help, never hesitate to contact me. Sure I haven’t met you yet, but you are alive. No, I don’t know you personally, but you are a person. And to me, that is all that matters.
The reason I began Proverbs & Wisdom wasn’t for me anyway. Yes, I love doing it and have fun, but my main purpose in creating it was for others—so I can help enlighten and empower people and hopefully, bring them closer to God’s heart.
Why so nice? I’m not sure if it’s because of the environment I grew up in or is it just the way God made me, but I honestly love helping and supporting others. My theory is: if I gain all the knowledge in the world yet don’t pass it along, what use is it? When I die all I will have acquired will die also. However, if I help people then what I know will continue on through their lives.
I’m not sure how long I’ll be doing P&W but if there is anything I would want to offer people besides Jesus, is inspiration; because you are a living inspiration to me. I may not know you’re reading this, but just the thought that you could be and the idea that with these articles I can impact your life for the best is all the inspiration I need.
I want you to know your future and your identity do not consist of who you were. Honestly, no one cares about who you were–people want to know who you are. And if anyone brings up your past, keeping moving forward because already, they aren’t focusing on what they should be. You can make your future and your present great just by changing the way you live now. And it doesn’t have to be a drastic change either. Whenever you think the “little things” don’t count try getting bit by a mosquito or getting soap in a paper cut. Despite their size, I bet you’ll notice their presence.
It is my hope Proverbs & Wisdom will always have a special impact on your life.
So, from my heart to yours, I hope I am a blessing to you.
