Today’s Challenge: Release Your Hurt

Okay, so I know this may sound hard—okay perhaps even extremely difficult, but it isn’t. When you think about it, it makes sense. Why carry around hurt all your life? Trust me, I know what it feels like to carry around negative things for days at a time, months at a time, and even years. And what I realized was, it only made the pain hurt more, the burdens I had feel heavier, and it added absolutely nothing to my life!

How to Release Your Hurt: 
1.  Learn to forgive those who have hurt you  (both of these articles explain how to do so)
2.  Realize that when bad things occur, you still can and have to move on

5. You aren’t going through struggles because you deserve it. They’re meant to make you stronger.

6. And to anyone going through any type of pain, I highly recommend you read this article. It’s four steps that people say work.
